Established in the year 1990, we have predominantly worked in Tamil and Kannada Language Projects. With a vision to make a mark in the future as well as expand our horizons, we are determined to Produce and Distribute International Standard Projects with no borders and language barriers covering all possible genres across the Globe.

Director & Founder - Amudha - Durairaj
Passionate about films since his early teens Mr. Durairaj moved to Chennai at the age of fifteen in search of opportunities. Mentored by his uncle R.M.Veerappan a renowned Indian politician, an early Dravidian Leader, a popular movie producer and screenwriter. During his brief stint at Sathya Movies he got the opportunity to learn the nuances of filmmaking. He got his first break as an assistant director in the movie Kavalkaran and the opportunity to work with the legends Dr. M.G.R and Dr. J Jayalalithaa .With the experience gathered, he pursued his dreams and started producing movies under his own production company named “Deivanai Movies” in the year 1990. He has produced around 15 films in Tamil and Kannada. The films he produced performed well at the box office. He also served as an executive committee member of the South Indian Film chamber of commerce and the Tamil producers council.

An ardent film enthusiast with expertise in visual media. With a quest of offering world class entertainment she ventured into mass media at an early age. Besides managing Deivanai movies she has contributed notably in mentoring media graduates and recommending instructional strategies. She is an avid photographer and a strategic media planner who brings on board collective experience in production design and execution. She has taken over as the Co Founder of Deivanai Movies and strives to make a mark in the industry.
Partner - KCN Chandrashekar
Deivanai Movies partnered with KCN Chandrashekar S/O KCN Gowda from Karnataka , owner of one of the most renowned Brand in South India, "KCN Productions". KCN Gowda was a Dada Saheb Phalke awardee who had distributed over 300 films and as a producer, he was also conferred with Dr Rajkumar award from karnataka state government. He ventured from constructing film theatres to establishing KCN Productions. KCN Chandrashekar became a part of the business after graduation and strived to develop KCN Production with a statistics of 50 films produced and over 500 movies distributed.He was also the president of the South Indian Film Chamber of Commerce (SIFCC) till 2005.
